• Optional preferences — preferred days/times if you choose to share them

We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, button clicks) to improve the service.

How We Use Your Data

• To notify you when a service window opens in your area
• To understand which areas have the most interest
• To improve our service

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your email with advertisers
• Send you unrelated marketing

Referral Links

When you share EchoBuy with neighbours, we track which signups came from your link. This helps us understand how word-of-mouth works and may be used for future referral rewards.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers in the UK/EU. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Your Rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe — click the link in any email we send
• Request your data — email us and we'll send you everything we have
• Request deletion — email us and we'll delete your data within 30 days

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for basic analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
